The pride and joy of Sway's coffee roasting program. Our Guatemala comes from an organization called Misión San Lucas Tolimán, which is located in the town of San Lucas on the shore of Lake Atitlán. This coffee is grown by about 150 small family-owned farms that extend up and down the sides of the two volcanos that tower over the lake. These volcanos provide an extremely fertile environment for the coffee tree, both due to the altitude and the nutrient-rich soil. It’s an absolute gem.
